Joint Venture Lead
Worked with new Joint Venture to transition cash management processes, close and reconciliations. Additionally, worked with project lead to convert subledgers to the new legal entity.
Process Improvement & Training
Resolved 170+ unreconciled accounts with COE / India teams working cross functionally with reconcilers, IT and the business to understand T-accounting and system issues with AR system. Implemented sustainable processes, training and IT fixes globally.
Simplificaition - Close and reporting
Worked with business to reduce close process by focusing on edit checks, intercompany balances, and balance sheet analytics.
